Situated directly on Lake Constance, the Seegut Zeppelin combines architectural clarity with the tranquillity of a protected natural environment. The newly opened venue offers light-filled rooms, warm materials and sweeping views of the lake and the Alps – a discreet setting for events that require concentration, discussion and tranquillity in equal measure.
For conferences, workshops, retreats and multi-day off-site events, flexible event spaces equipped with state-of-the-art technology, quiet retreat areas and spacious outdoor areas with private lake access and a harbour are available. Thanks to hotel rooms and suites, high-quality dining at the Pinus restaurant and well-designed breakout areas, business programmes, fireside chats, yoga sessions or walk-and-talks on the lakeshore can be seamlessly combined.
Whether it’s a small board meeting, a creative team workshop, an incentive event by the lake or an exclusive small- to medium-scale wedding: Seegut Zeppelin is a professionally managed, sustainably oriented venue where nature sets the pace – and events come into their own in a clear, unhurried atmosphere.
At Seegut Zeppelin, sustainability is not an afterthought, but the very foundation of the entire concept. The property is situated in a sensitive landscape conservation area and is GreenSign-certified – meaning it operates in accordance with clearly defined standards that conserve resources and are environmentally sound.
The energy supply is based on a highly efficient heat pump combined with green electricity. Insulation, building services and the building envelope are designed for long-term energy efficiency, whilst natural and durable materials such as wood, stone and high-quality textiles characterise the interiors. Wherever possible, the principle is: repair rather than throw away.
At Restaurant Pinus, the focus is on contemporary, predominantly vegetarian cuisine. Regional, seasonal produce from the Lake Constance area is served as sharing platters, encouraging guests to sample a variety of dishes together. Meat and fish are used to add deliberate highlights, rather than being the norm. Menu concepts, portion sizes and kitchen organisation are aimed at significantly reducing food waste; tap water and carefully selected (including non-alcoholic) drinks complement this approach.
For guests, the Seegut Zeppelin offers electric vehicle charging facilities, assistance with travelling by public transport, and nature-based programmes ranging from retreats to conferences. Looking ahead, the establishment is working, amongst other things, on a public benefit assessment to make its commitment to sustainability even more transparently measurable.
Rental times are flexible and can be agreed individually
The Seegut Zeppelin is ideal for conferences, workshops, retreats, off-site meetings, incentive events, weddings and small to medium-sized private celebrations. The largest rooms – the Zedernsaal and the Buchensaal – can each accommodate up to around 100 people in a plenary setting, depending on the seating arrangement. In addition, smaller lounges, boardrooms and breakout rooms are available, enabling group work, parallel sessions and confidential discussions to be accommodated with ease. The combination of indoor spaces, terraces and outdoor areas by the lake also makes it possible to host a wide variety of event formats.
