Spazio D’Arte is an elegant villa-style guesthouse in the heart of Pietrasanta, an internationally renowned art town at the foot of the Apuan Alps. A private, welcoming venue with a distinctive character, designed for small, exclusive events and high-profile gatherings in a warm and stylish atmosphere. Guests feel right at home here, whilst being just a few minutes’ walk from the lively historic centre.

The villa is suitable for groups of up to 8–10 people and features three indoor workspaces, two outdoor workspaces, a large garden and a swimming pool. This makes it the ideal setting for combining focused work, relaxed conversations and relaxation. Four elegant suites provide overnight accommodation on the premises; four private parking spaces are also available.

Spazio D’Arte is ideal for corporate meetings, international board meetings, strategic workshops, creative and relaxing retreats, small incentive events, and exclusive accommodation for VIP guests at weddings. The villa is situated about a ten-minute drive from the beaches of Versilia, Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio. Pisa and Florence airports can be reached in approximately 30 and 50 minutes by car respectively.
