As with our previous rental studios, we have placed great emphasis here on a high-quality and stylish ambiance, exclusive materials (exposed concrete, concrete walls, wood walls), and urban design. Spanning 320 square meters and featuring 12-meter-high skylights, we offer one of the most extraordinary and unique locations in Berlin, with plenty of space for your creative moments. The surroundings play a significant and inspiring role. In the Reinbeckhallen, on the site of the former AEG transformer factory, an incomparable hub for free thinkers has emerged in recent years. And since art and culture are often key driving forces in Berlin, a s hub for contemporary art has quickly emerged, featuring exhibition halls, studios, workshops, cafes, and an unobstructed view of the Spree.
