The event location and daylight studio offers modern rooms with 7 m high window fronts that can be darkened if necessary. The STUDIO BALAN, with its industrial character, is located in the north of Munich and is very easy to reach by public transport; underground and bus stops are directly in front of the studio. Sufficient parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.

For guests staying overnight, the Hotel Leonardo Royal is right next door and within easy walking distance.

The accessible studio is 420 m² in total. The open kitchen with counter, a meeting room and a separate catering area ensure a pleasant atmosphere and optimal working conditions for events, functions, film and photo productions, seminars and training courses, for product presentations, fashion shows and as a showroom.

Event technology, individual furniture and exclusive catering are of course available.
