Formerly the warehouse of a marzipan factory, now a creative space for photo shoots, film shoots and events. The four spacious, light-filled studios available for hire offer plenty of room for creative expression, set construction, crew and guests.

With ceiling heights of up to 6 metres in the Daylight Studios, there’s plenty of headroom for hosting conferences, meetings, kick-off events and impressive product presentations that will be remembered for years to come.

Spanning a total area of 1,000 square metres, the studios feature three coves, mobile make-up stations, styling areas, washbasins, props, equipment, a fibre-optic connection, a Sonos Surround System, as well as level access and parking spaces right outside the door.
