Our location attaches great importance to sustainability and regional cooperation.
We work together with Zukunftsfelder in Korntal, which breeds its own animals and grows fruit and vegetables regionally.
This means we can rely on fresh, regional and responsibly produced food.
We also offer fair trade cookery courses in Korntal, which focus on conscious food handling and sustainable nutrition.
We have also created our own regional seasonal calendar, which shows which fruit and vegetables are available regionally and when, in order to promote seasonal and sustainable cuisine.
