An impressive window front ensures maximum visibility and plenty of daylight, making the location the ideal stage for eye-catching pop-up concepts.

However, the open-plan space is not only suitable for pop-up stores, but is also ideal for a variety of event formats such as conferences, concerts, company celebrations or PR events. The clear floor plan and urban ambience provide the perfect setting for creative set-ups and customised event concepts.

An integrated, 7-metre-long bar provides a professional bar area and can be flexibly integrated into the event planning. There is also plenty of storage space available - ideal for storing goods, technology or production materials.
