Just a few steps from the historic Felsenkeller, the venue combines the creative atmosphere of the neighbourhood with a secluded retreat for focused work and new ideas.

Modern industrial-style architecture, clean lines, generous windows and plenty of natural light create an open, inspiring atmosphere. The green surroundings also offer space to take a deep breath and recharge your batteries.

Two high-quality, flexibly configurable rooms are available for events: the workshop room accommodates up to 40 people and is ideal for seminars, creative sessions, team-building days and presentations. The separate conference room, which accommodates up to 20 people, provides the perfect setting for meetings, smaller groups and focused work sessions.

A particular highlight is the outdoor area: the terrace, measuring around 130 m², and the adjoining lawn offer space for coffee breaks, group work or a relaxing end to the day in the open air.

The location is also a major draw: trams, parking facilities and various hotels are all in the immediate vicinity. After a productive day, the canals of Plagwitz invite you to take a stroll and linger; the historic Palmengarten is also just a few minutes’ walk away.
