What sustainability initiatives does the venue implement?
Sustainability is important to us, not only in the use of green electricity and correct waste separation, biodegradable cleaning agents, cloth napkins etc., but also in the use of fair and mostly organic food. The food we use is also fair and mostly organic. It is even possible to cook without any electricity at all - on the smoothie bike, for example, the blender can be operated very sustainably using only muscle power. If required, we can also provide a lecturer on the subject of "cooking without electricity".
