Volta Space

Volta is a 35 m² multi-purpose studio designed for quiet, focused work. The space benefits from soft natural light from the north-west, high ceilings (3.6 m) and a clean, minimalist atmosphere, making it suitable for photography, coaching, therapy sessions, workshops, small gatherings and creative projects.

Three main areas are available:

• a white wall with a smooth concrete floor for photography and video work

• a desk with a colour-calibrated monitor for editing or digital tasks

• a sofa and a cosy seating area for conversations or group sessions

The studio has Wi-Fi, tea and coffee, folding tables and chairs, extension leads and eight power sockets. High-voltage power can be provided on request, which is unusual for studios of this size. The furniture can be rearranged with care, and thanks to the external roller shutters, the room can be completely darkened if required.

Access is easy: a lift takes you directly to the room. The studio is part of an artists’ residence, so the surroundings remain quiet, although the space is not fully soundproofed. Due to the underfloor heating, you must take your shoes off or wear clean slippers.

Volta is suitable for small groups and any activities that benefit from a quiet, neutral environment. Loud events, parties and amplified music are not permitted.
