WACHSFABRIK

The former wax factory is an artists' quarter in the south of Cologne between Rodenkirchen and Sürth. It consists of many studios and lofts where creative people and artists work and live.

Atelier 4 + 7 + 8 are industrial lofts with high workshop windows and the special charm of the old factory halls. These offer the ideal conditions for casual events in imperfect and urban industrial style - with lots of greenery, a small pond and a very special outdoor event area.

The new G'ART'EN in the Wachfabrik is operated by sieben8 events - agency for live communication - and offers plenty of space in a casual beer garden atmosphere for corporate events, small concerts and industrial-style events.

The lofts can also be used as a studio for digital and hybrid events or offline for workshops, seminars, business and teambuilding events, shoots or shootings.
