Waldbadhaus Weixdorf

Located outside the hustle and bustle of Dresden's city centre, a brick house in a green setting with direct access to a swimming lake awaits your guests. In summer, you can send your guests out on the lake with their swimming shoes on, and in winter, you can watch the snow drifting over the lake while sitting at the window front of the veranda.

Premises: The two rooms "Veranda" and "Living Room" can be booked individually or together for a larger celebration. Each room has direct access to its own part of the garden.

Number of guests: For large celebrations, space for 150 guests can be created by booking both rooms and arranging the outdoor area accordingly. Otherwise, the following applies: room "Veranda" up to 80 people and room "Living Room" up to 50 people.

Equipment / special features: The rooms are heated, modernly furnished and offer short distances to the kitchen and WCs.

• Use of the neighbouring forest swimming pool (subject to the conditions of use of the Dresdner Bäder GmbH).

• Playground, beach soccer, beach volleyball in the forest pool.

• Sand playground in the property for the little ones.

• The hiking trails of the Dresdner Heide start at the border of the property.

• Camping on the property is possible.

• Rent our swimming shoes to go on the lake.
