Water Tower Studio

Built in 1877 and listed as a historic monument, the water tower now offers a creative space for video, photography and audio productions, corporate events, workshops, lectures, coaching sessions and seminars. The loft, measuring around 240 square metres and situated at a height of just under 30 metres, offers an unrivalled 360° panoramic view over Berlin – Alexanderplatz, Grunewald, the Olympic Stadium and Teufelsberg. The ICC exhibition centre is just a 5-minute drive away.

The bright, naturally lit rooms feature large skylights and a private terrace. In addition to its open-plan and flexible layout, the loft boasts state-of-the-art, bespoke fittings, including an open-plan designer kitchen, a recording studio with a sound booth, illuminated walls with customisable lighting effects, and silent air conditioning.

A separate server room for technical equipment, recessed floor sockets and network connections, as well as a daylight-filled ceiling in the domed roof, round off the high-end fittings. The entire loft is wheelchair-accessible and has a lift leading directly to the private terrace.

Spaces for costumes, make-up and a cloakroom can also be hired if required, and there is ample parking available. This means you have the ideal conditions to bring your project to life in a professional and impressive manner, ensuring it leaves a lasting impression.
