Nestled in the picturesque vineyards near Sternenfels, the Häußermann winery is the perfect location for couples looking for a wedding celebration that is both close to nature and elegant. Situated on the outskirts of Diefenbach, the estate combines historical charm with an exclusive atmosphere - ideal for an unforgettable day. The family's winemaking tradition dates back to 1580 and gives the location an authentic and special flair.
Rooms & capacity - space for your loved ones
The winery welcomes your wedding party exclusively and makes the premises available outside the regular opening hours of the wine bar. The cosy inner courtyard is perfect for a reception with the estate's own sparkling wine or wine and also creates a romantic atmosphere in the evening by candlelight.
The function rooms offer space for 50 to 110 guests. From April to October, a minimum number of 65 adult guests is required on Saturdays. The location is barrier-free and offers sufficient space for a dance floor as well as individual highlights such as a photo box or candy bar.

Your wedding celebration will be catered entirely according to your wishes. Whether served menus, high-quality buffets or a relaxed barbecue in the courtyard - the kitchen focuses on regional, seasonal and sophisticated specialities. Of course, we also serve wines from our own vineyards to perfectly complement your feast.
Sustainability
What steps does the venue take to improve sustainability?
For many years now, we have used only organic and natural fertilisers to fertilise our vineyards
Plant protection is carried out according to ecological guidelines and standards. We have our own weather station in the Diefenbach vineyards, which enables us to manage with a minimum of plant protection.
When working in our vineyards, we use natural products as far as possible and do not use plastics. Where this is not possible, these are removed from the plants after use. Our vineyards are free of plastics and microplastics.
We sow fallow areas with flower mixtures, thus making a major contribution to insect protection and their diversity in the vineyards
We have had a photovoltaic system on our company roof for over 20 years, which we have massively expanded again in the last 2 years, so that in future we can cover a large part of our electricity requirements ourselves, the rest we obtain as green electricity from the grid, so that the development of our wines and the management of our catering is climate-neutral!
For some time now, we have been happy to take back our cardboard packaging, which we seal without plastic tape, and empty bottles, and by reusing them we ensure that we minimise the use of raw materials for and in the marketing of our products.
The increasing demand for non-alcoholic products is also a concern for us and we have been offering a suitable answer to this for several years with our Nullkommanix, but we have not yet been able to decide to produce a non-alcoholic wine, as this requires a further production step with an enormous amount of energy, which is in complete contradiction to our other production principles. In our view, wine is a natural product, but non-alcoholic wine is not.
