The Weser-Ems-Hallen Oldenburg are among the leading event centres in the north-west.
With around 12,000 m² of covered space, we offer flexible options for trade fairs, concerts, sporting events, corporate events and conferences. The following halls and associated ancillary rooms are currently available for booking:
Large EWE ARENA
Foyer of the Large EWE ARENA
Small EWE ARENA
Exhibition Hall
Exhibition Hall Foyer
The former congress hall and banquet halls were demolished as part of the ‘Future 2029’ project. A modern new building is being constructed on the same site, set to set new standards from 2029: a multi-purpose hall for up to 3,000 people, two large and versatile halls, and additional meeting and conference rooms.
Until the new building opens, the existing halls and spaces will remain fully available – complete with professional technical facilities, a central location and an experienced events team.
Ideal for: trade fairs, concerts, sporting events, corporate events, conferences, exhibitions and hybrid formats.
Sustainability is an integral part of everything we do.
The Weser-Ems-Hallen Oldenburg operate in accordance with a clearly defined sustainability strategy based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As a signatory to the ‘fairpflichtet’ sustainability code, we are committed to transparent, responsible and continuously improved practices – environmentally, socially and economically.
Resources & Environment:
We measure our carbon footprint in collaboration with ClimatePartner and use this to identify specific measures for reduction. Across all areas, we prioritise resource-efficient solutions – from reusable carpet tiles in exhibition stand construction to reusable cups in our catering facilities.
For People & the City:
As a municipally-owned company, we take responsibility for our staff, visitors and Oldenburg’s wider community. Our accessibility has been assessed by ‘Reisen für Alle’ since 2018 and was recertified in 2022. We create safe working conditions, promote participation and ensure a positive visitor experience for everyone.
Sustainability as a shared responsibility:
Our staff are actively involved in developing measures. We view sustainability as an ongoing process – with clear goals, regular reporting and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Rental times are flexible and can be agreed individually
