General information for a smooth organisation of your event at Workspace K64
CATERING:
You are not bound by our suggestions when choosing your caterer. You are welcome to organise your event with a caterer of your choice. Please note that in this case we will charge a cleaning fee for the use of the bar/kitchenette/catering room and, for fire safety reasons, we must be informed whether hot food will be provided. The caterer's preparation and follow-up times must also be within the agreed room utilisation time and the buffet tables provided by us must be covered with tablecloths.
TECHNOLOGY:
Our staff will provide a short technical briefing for our Smartboard.
PARKING SPACES:
You can use the paid parking spaces directly in front of our building.
