What does Basel have to offer for seminar rooms?
The beautiful city of Basel in the northwest of Switzerland has beautiful and technically well-equipped meeting and seminar rooms ready for you in various parts of the city as well as in Basel's surroundings. The medieval old town has modern rooms where you can hold your meeting or seminar. From the old town it is only a few minutes walk to the Basel train station. So if you are expecting many participants arriving by public transport, this location is perfect. Around Basel there are many green areas and mountains. So if you want to meet in a quiet environment, why not rent a seminar room outside the city. You can be sure that it is possible to work concentrated in the midst of greenery and away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. After a long day of work, you can enjoy the surrounding nature during a relaxing walk and recharge your batteries. You can book additional conference rooms in the immediate vicinity of the water. With a view of the Rhine, it's a great place to hold a meeting.
What should be considered when booking seminar rooms in Basel?
In order for your seminar to be successful, you should consider a few important points when planning. Do you already know approximately how many participants you expect and what requirements the room should meet? For a conference or seminar, you will need fixed seating and technical equipment such as microphones, a lectern and a projector. Are the participants coming mainly from out of town and do they have a long journey? Then it would be advantageous to choose a room that is easily accessible by public transport or is located near the freeway, for example. If you are planning a seminar lasting several days, you should of course also take care of overnight accommodations for the participants as well as appropriate catering.
