Experience the perfect combination of leisure and work. Our modern andys Coworking & Event Space (with over 30 workstations spread across Flex Access, Fix Desks and Private Offices) is located directly next to the Seestadt underground station on Janis-Joplin-Promenade in Vienna's 22nd district. Work in one of the world's tallest wooden skyscrapers and benefit from numerous leisure options, such as the gym with discounted membership access or the hotel in the same building. The location not only impresses with its lake, which is right outside the office door, but also with its many restaurants and bars, which are within easy walking distance. Here you get the best of both worlds and have the most attractive options for your work-life blending.
