The name DaRose has an obvious origin, as it is a combination of the first names of the founders: Real Madrid star David Alaba and his singing sister, Rose May Alaba. The menu draws primarily on Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, with a touch of Austrian flair. Particular attention is paid to the quality of the individual ingredients, and each dish is carefully balanced with great attention to detail. The kitchen team led by World Champion chef András Sebestyén has set itself the goal of making the finesse and quality of haute cuisine accessible to everyone, both in terms of presentation and price.
