Burgerbar Kuhmuhne – Nuremberg’s iconic venue for unforgettable events

For over ten years, the Kuhmuhne has been a firm fixture on Nuremberg’s restaurant scene. The BurgerBar is situated right in the heart of the Old Town, between the castle and the Hauptmarkt. Authentic, unpretentious and full of character.

The Kuhmuhne can accommodate up to 80 people and can be booked either exclusively or in separate areas — ideal for corporate events, birthday parties, team dinners or private celebrations. Celebrations can take place both during the week and at the weekend, until 2 am.

The culinary highlight: creative burger menus featuring the finest regional ingredients — meat from Dürsch butchers in Gostenhof, vegetables from the Knoblauchsland region, and buns from Hildes Backwut. Vegetarian and vegan options are, of course, part of the offering. There’s also a dedicated smoker on hand: BBQ ribs, smoked vegetables, starter platters — and all of this is also available as a buffet, perfect for a convivial get-together.

To accompany your meal: homemade cocktails, fresh beer and a drinks menu with something to suit every taste.
