Our New Work Campus has been created from a former barracks in Pioneer Park, Hanau. Spanning five floors and covering just under 5,000 square metres, it offers an innovative working environment for businesses, the self-employed and creative professionals. In addition to exclusive office space and co-working areas, there are 25 meeting rooms as well as versatile event spaces for conferences, workshops, corporate events and much more.
We offer spaces ranging from 10 square metres to 232 square metres, which can be flexibly and individually configured. All spaces are equipped with modern conference and event technology, are accessible to all and can be booked all year round.
In addition, the campus features an event kitchen area for culinary team-building activities, a podcast studio, a yoga and Pilates studio for creative breaks, and catering facilities. As the perfect complement, there is a modern hotel with 121 rooms within walking distance.
The principle is simple: everything is possible, nothing is compulsory.
Events can be organised entirely independently or as a comprehensive package in collaboration with our team – from planning and execution right through to catering.

What steps does the venue take to improve sustainability?
Electricity and water supply provided by three combined heat and power plants on the Pioneer Park site.
Selection of resources from sustainable and regional sources (e.g. use of sustainably produced furniture and carbon-neutral floor coverings).

An electric charging point is available in front of the building.

The nearest car park is the Parkhaus West ( Alfred-Nobel-Bogen 5). It is situated on the corner of Maria-Montessori-Alle and Alfred-Nobel-Bogen and is approximately 280 metres away, which is about a 4-minute walk.
It is also possible to park along the surrounding public roads.
You’ll find plenty of bicycle and motorbike parking spaces around our building.
