Seifenfabrik Veranstaltungszentrum
Situated right on the banks of the River Mur, the “Seifenfabrik Event Centre” boasts a total area of 32,500 m² and, since its refurbishment in January 2003, has proved itself to be an ideal venue for a wide variety of events.
The distinctive red bricks of the old factory create a unique atmosphere across approximately 1,800 m² of event space. Inside, there are versatile halls and a seminar room available – whilst outside there are 220 free parking spaces, 90 bicycle parking spaces and a garden which can also be used as an event area.

The name ‘Seifenfabrik’ (Soap Factory) stems from the building’s history: today’s event centre is housed in a former industrial production facility where soap was actually manufactured. The distinctive brick walls still serve as a reminder of this industrial past – and lend the venue its very special charm.
