Premises

Behind the fascinating façade of the Stadthalle, there is enough space for small and large events such as balls, company celebrations, symposia or conferences. The extraordinary architecture continues inside and forms an atmospheric backdrop with many works of art. The multifunctional Stadthalle hall with its flexible stage and Jehmlich organ is outstanding. Spacious foyers provide ample space for in-house exhibitions and accompanying events. The Stadthalle Chemnitz and the Carlowitz Congress Centre Chemnitz form a spatial unit. Other rooms in the Carlowitz can be included for larger events. These include the Carlowitz Hall with a revolving stage podium in the centre or the LUX room, a light-flooded, green oasis in the middle of the building complex - ideal as a lounge for breaks or a champagne reception.

Service

The Stadthalle has direct access to two underground car parks, with a multi-storey car park nearby (more than 1,000 parking spaces). The location offers state-of-the-art event and conference technology with extensive equipment such as a Meyer sound system, flexible seating as well as WLAN and air conditioning throughout the building. Location

The Stadthalle Chemnitz is centrally located in the city centre with excellent public transport connections. Numerous restaurants, shopping facilities and hotels are within walking distance; the Dorint Kongresshotel has a direct connection to the event centre.
