Air-conditioned venue (total area approx. 170 square metres) equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a separate technical room (video and sound control room). The proportion of pure studio space is approx. 90 square metres.

Thanks to flexible seating arrangements with modern furniture, we can adapt to your requirements. Weather permitting, an exclusive outdoor terrace (approx. 200 square metres) can be used.

Ideal for press conferences, product launches, training sessions, town hall meetings, workshops, specialist conferences, webinars and similar events.

Technical equipment (included in the daily rate):
– 110" video wall with speakers and ClickShare
– Upgrades subject to a charge: studio equipment and staff can be booked.

Technical (chargeable) upgrades:
With our professional broadcast control room, we can also host hybrid events, panel discussions and press conferences.

Catering is available through an external provider.

Location and how to get there:
Just about 20 minutes from the city centre and approx. 35 minutes from the airport

The studio is situated in the south of Munich, directly off the A8 motorway at the Unterhaching Ost (93) junction. From the A995 motorway, it is also just a few minutes’ drive from the Unterhaching Nord (2) junction. From the airport, you can reach our studio in around 35 minutes, traffic permitting.

Parking is available in the immediate vicinity. There is a Sixt car-sharing car park in front of the building.

– Bus route 221, Kirchlandweg stop
– S-Bahn line 3, Unterhaching (1.6 km) or Taufkirchen (2.3 km) stops
- S-Bahn line 7 or U-Bahn line 5, Neuperlach Süd stop (4.4 km)
