10 meeting rooms with a capacity of up to 285 people and state-of-the-art conference technology will ensure your event is a success. We’d be delighted to help you put together an attractive programme of social events.

Organising environmentally and health-conscious meetings can be so simple with our “WELCOME GREEN” concept. From low-carbon travel to and from the venue, through to sustainable conference materials and healthy coffee breaks. With “Welcome Green”, your conference will not only be a resounding success, but you’ll also be looking after the wellbeing of your conference guests and the environment!

Under the motto: “REGIONAL MAKES US STRONG – FRESH FROM NEARBY”, we have revamped our Deichgraf restaurant. Working with local food and beverage suppliers, we have deliberately chosen to focus on sustainability – WELCOME GREEN – in our menu too.

If you prefer a more rustic atmosphere, our Plückers Q-Stall dining experience with its beer garden on the Rhine promenade is just the place for you. Here, you can organise wonderful corporate events for up to 200 people. Or you can round off the evening in style with a delicious cocktail at our hotel bar, H2O.
