As AES IN conference, we provide consulting, planning and on-site support for your events and act as a professional interface to the catering industry. Our competent event team will assist you with words and deeds.

Fully equipped rooms in different sizes, with flexible furniture and state-of-the-art technology are waiting for you. This allows individual use from small team meetings to larger workshops and events:

• 5 seminar rooms à 20 m² in ground floor and E1

• Collaborat-IN' Area 1 & 2

• Event area with a mobile partition wall on the ground floor:

• Two rooms à 60 m²

• or one room with 120 m²

• or as open area

camPLUS food:

Together with our partner leonardi, fresh and handmade food awaits you - both in our coffee bar, in the company restaurant and individually in the form of conference and event catering.

Payment in the coffee bar and restaurant is completely cashless through our camPLUS app or by card payment.
