Sustainability
What steps does the venue take to improve sustainability?
As part of a sustainability concept developed in collaboration with specialist planners, we are consistently pursuing the goal of carbon neutrality at the Hubertushof.
A key component of this is our photovoltaic system, which covers up to 80 per cent of our electricity requirements over the course of the year. We use the energy generated directly on site, thereby significantly reducing our reliance on externally sourced electricity.
For heating, we rely on three high-performance heat pumps, which are primarily powered by electricity from our solar panel system. This forward-looking energy system enables the entire Hubertushof to be heated using largely renewable and low-emission energy.
Through the intelligent combination of on-site electricity generation and modern heat pump technology, we are laying the foundations for sustainable, resource-efficient and climate-friendly operations.
